Egg-Free Bread Mix

We created this crusty, tender loaf for those of you who are intolerant or simply wish to avoid eggs. It has a terrific crumb, and can be toasted or eaten fresh.

This is our most popular bread. It makes a terrific toast but can be eaten fresh in sandwiches. We make our hamburger, hotdog and monster burger buns with this mix. It is so versatile, that you can add cheese, seeds, nuts or anything else before you bake. See our techniques videos for ideas and tips.
