This bread is made with a fabulous little grain, Ivory-Teff, cousin of Brown-Teff. We find its nutty flavour and light colour and texture go perfectly with yellow millet. We use this mix to make our Multi-Seed Loaf and the best gluten-free bagels you’ve ever had!
Flours: (sorghum, ivory teff, yellow millet, white rice, tapioca, potato), organic cane sugar, xanthan gum, yeast, salt.
