Italian Bread Mix

Olive oil and chick pea flour give this bread a rich crumb and a wonderful crust. Before wheat was available in Italy, chick pea was used as a thickener and a base for flat breads.


The Italian mix makes a fantastic loaf but is also the base for our pizza crust, focaccia and panini buns.


Flours: (sorghum, chick pea, white rice, potato, tapioca, fava bean), organic cane sugar, xanthan gum, yeast, salt.
