Remember the baguette? We have developed a recipe that recreates the combination of crispy crust and tender, light crumb. If you are sensitive to lactose or casein, you may replace the milk 1:1, in the recipe with any type of milk (almond, cashew, grain). To bake like a pro, purchase a perforated baguette pan, available on our accessories page. Add cheese for an extra special treat! If there are any leftovers, you can make melba toast for your canapes.
