This bread is great for breakfast but is fantastic in a bread pudding.
Follow the directions for making a single loaf in the stand mixer, to the point where the dough is ready to form.
Sprinkle the cinnamon and raisins over the dough and and mix into the dough.
Scoop into a greased loaf pan (you can purchase the perfect loaf pan from our store) and form the top with a wetted spatula (see our Cinnamon-Raisin Bread instructional video).
Place in a warm, location (an oven with the light on is ideal) and let rise for 30-40 minutes, or until small holes begin to appear on the surface.
Preheat the oven to 350 F and place the loaf on a middle rack for 35-40 minutes, or until the surface is golden and the loaf sounds hollow when tapped.
