Ingredients

Kids' Favourite Bread mix

2 eggs

50 ml oil (olive, canola, etc)

10 ml apple cider vinegar

300 ml water

30-40 g sesame seeds

Directions

1Follow the directions for making a single loaf in the stand mixer, to the point where the dough is ready to form.

2Prepare either a cookie sheet, lined with parchment paper or a Monster Bun pan (available in our store).

3Use an ice cream scoop, a # 10 or #12 is best, to form the buns that are 5" in diameter (see our Monster Bun instructional video) and smooth the tops with a wetted spatula.

4Place in a warm, location (an oven with the light on is ideal) and let rise for 30-40 minutes, or until small holes begin to appear on the surface.

5Preheat the oven to 350 F and place the buns on a middle rack for 20-25 minutes, or until the surface is golden and the bun sounds hollow when tapped.

Any sized scoop will do, to make them larger, simply use 2 scoops and form a round with a spatula. Add sesame, poppy seeds, herbs or cheese for a zinger! Prep time includes the rise.
