Baguette Bread Mix Instructions (Bread Maker)

Follow these instructions to easily make a loaf version of the Baguette Bread Mix in your Gluten-Free setting breadmaker!

Ingredients

 2 large eggs (106g)
 50 m of oil (canola, sunflower, olive)
 10 ml apple cider vinegar
 150 ml lukewarm water
 150 ml lukewarm milk (cow's, almond, grain)
 contents of flour packet (380g)
 contents of yeast packet (10g)

Directions

Add all liquid ingredients to the bowl of the bread-maker (oil, honey, water, milk, vinegar, eggs, etc).

Start the machine.

Shake the included yeast packet into the flour pack and, while holding the bag closed, shake to blend.

Alternatively, pour the contents of the flour pack into a medium sized bowl and stir in the contents of the yeast packet.

Pour this mixture over the liquid and scrape down the sides with a spatula, to incorporate powder, if needed.

After mixing, it is best to remove the paddle before proofing/baking.

Using a spatula dipped in water, smooth the surface of the loaf into a nice crown.

Close the lid and let the machine complete its cycle.

Remove from mold, as soon as cycle is complete and allow to cool on a rack.
